If you are employed at MedCare, Practice Plus, MMS, or the hotel, please be aware this employment is ineligible to be counted for PSLF, according to the Department of Education. However, if you have previous employment that may be eligible, continue with the survey. Employment at Physicians Partners has not yet been fully assessed by Department of Education regarding eligibility; contact Project 120 for more information (project120@aptusfinancial.com).
