PSLF Applications will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
If you need confirmation of your exact employment dates, email HR at the address above to inquire before submitting.
Do not expect to hear anything quickly after submitting the PSLF Application to the Department of Education. We have seen it take months for PSLF payment counts to be updated. Make sure you are thorough and submit everything per the instructions.
To confirm that your employer has signed your form/ to check on the status of your PSLF form:
go to your StudentAid.gov account and click on Documents/Submitted Documents.
Once the form is signed by the employer, its status will show "received" or "in process" or similar, until it is processed fully by the DOE.
